This self-catering accommodation is able to provide excellent opportunities for isolation, rest and relaxation. 
The house is regularly visited by ostrich, zebra, warthog, kudu, impala and bushbuck. The abundant bird life will serenade you, while you relax with a book, cool down in the splash pool or socialize around the campfire. 
At night guest's can hear the Lions roaring, creating a tranquil atmosphere, while soaking up the wildlife surrounds on offer.
8 sleeper, very private house . R1200.00 per night for the house if you stay a minimum of two nights. If you stay for 1 night, R1500.00Pensioners rate at R850.00 per night (of peak).6 nights, gets you 1 night free (of peak).If only two people, a price is negotiable.
R1000 key and breakage deposit required. (You get this back if everything is in order - the way you got it.) You will receive your deposit back within a week.
50% deposit secures your booking. The full amount of your booking payable one week in advance.
No smoking in bedrooms and the rest of the house. Guest are allowed to smoke at the braai area.
House borders parkland with empty stands to the left and right. No close neighbors that will disturb your peace.
Clean and fully equipped with bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own swimming towels.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery including a gas stove, fridge-freezer and microwave.
Two private bedrooms with double beds, two open plan lofts - one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Fans in each room.
Both bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom comprising a shower/bath, washbasin and toilet.
The house has an alarm, with 24-hour armed response service.
Daily cleaning service at an additional fee, although all equipment are available.
Private braai area and splash pool. There are plenty of pools in Marloth Park and a water park for the kids.
Marloth Park has its own Bush Centre with restaurants, a large TV bar, water park, petrol station, luandry self-help, liquor store, butcher, and two supermarkets for basic necessities.
A 5-minute walk will take you to Henk van Rooyen Park, where there is a public swimming pool, kiosk and restaurant that overlooks the Crocodile River and Kruger Park.
Marloth Park has its own enclosed reserve, Lionspruit, with dangerous animals such as lions, buffalo, rhino and leopards.
You will be conveniently close to Crocodile Bridge and Malelane entrance gates to the Kruger National Park.
